Common questions
Are my files uploaded to your servers?
No. DXF parsing and rendering run entirely in your browser. Your drawing files are not sent to Filecraft servers.
Which DXF versions are supported?
DXF Viewer supports ASCII DXF files (R2000 and later). Binary DXF files and very old formats (R12 and earlier) may not render correctly.
Which drawing elements are supported?
Lines, polylines, circles, arcs, text, and block references (single-level). Dimensions, hatches, splines, and 3D entities are not yet supported.
Why are parts of my drawing missing?
Some entity types (dimensions, hatches, splines, ellipses) are not yet supported. The viewer shows how many entities were skipped.
Can I edit the drawing?
No. DXF Viewer is read-only. It displays your drawing for inspection but does not modify the file.
Which plan is required?
DXF Viewer requires a Pro or higher plan.
