Are my files uploaded to your servers?
No. MPP parsing runs entirely in your browser. Your project files are not sent to Filecraft servers.
Which MPP versions are supported?
MPP Viewer supports Microsoft Project 2007–2021 files (MPP14 format). Older formats (MPP 2003 and earlier) are not supported.
Is the task order the same as in Microsoft Project?
Task ordering is reconstructed from the file’s internal data. It may differ from the saved view order in Microsoft Project.
Why are some dates missing?
Some files — particularly those with many manually scheduled tasks — may store dates in a format that cannot be fully extracted. When this happens, the viewer shows task names and hierarchy without dates.
Can I edit the project file?
No. MPP Viewer is read-only. It displays your schedule for inspection but does not modify the file.
Which plan is required?
MPP Viewer requires a Pro or higher plan.
